From College Roommates to Business Partners
Garrett and Michael attended Rawlinson Road Middle School and Northwestern High School together. However, during their days as undergraduates at the University of South Carolina, they really got to know each other. From roommates who were not afraid to speak their minds to friends who have been through thick and thin, this is a friendship that has survived many life changes and events.
Their nightly conversations at the dinner table during their college years left them with the yearning to forge their own path as entrepreneurs while also serving the community. After many discussions, they decided real estate would best allow them to achieve both goals. They spent the next five years planning and creating a vision for their real estate business.
Finally, in the fall of 2020, their dream came to life in what is now Goldeneye Realty, LLC.
Michael Neece

As a proud Rock Hill native, Michael brings his passion for community service to his real estate career. Excited to put his focus on helping local residents with their home buying and selling needs, Michael is honored to be a member of the Goldeneye team. He carries the values of hard work, integrity, and exceptional client service into all of his work, striving to deliver the best possible outcome for each and every client.
Before entering real estate, Michael honed his skills as the District Outreach Director for U.S. Congressman Ralph Norman (SC-5). This experience allowed him to work with passionate elected officials, talented public employees, and dedicated community members and businesses who understand the importance of civic responsibility and support their communities in meaningful ways. Michael is ready to use his experiences to provide exceptional service to his clients in the Rock Hill area.

Garrett is an experienced real estate professional who brings a unique prospective into coaching and assisting Goldeneye’s agents.
Garrett attended Winthrop University for a period of time where he played for the Winthrop Eagles Baseball team before transferring to his Alma Mater, The University of South Carolina and graduating in 2018. Garrett enjoys fishing, playing golf, and traveling with his wife and two pups Marlow and Penny.

Shaw is a 2022 graduate of Wofford College, where she majored in finance with a minor in accounting.
For Shaw, getting into real estate was a no-brainer. Much of her childhood was spent visiting job sites with her father, who owned and operated his own residential construction company. She enjoys playing an active role in her community, and possesses a natural inclination towards numbers and problem-solving.

A born and raised native of Rock Hill, SC, Hagan spent the summers of his formative years working for Saranac Management Group, gaining experience in real estate and development in York County. Hagan graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 2019, majoring in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship. After founding and running Burnette Rental Company for 4 years, he saw the opportunities, growth, and collaborative positivity that lay at Goldeneye Realty and decided to bring his expertise here.
